Our Services
Manipulation
Manipulation is the mainstay treatment on Chiropractic. It is an extremely skilled technique and takes 4 years at an undergraduate level to perfect. We mainly use Diversified Technique which focusses on achieving a specific and localised joint manipulation.
Sports Massage Therapy
The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
Dry Needle Treatment
Also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, is the use of either solid filiform needles (also referred to as acupuncture needles) or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome Dry needling is sometimes also known as intramuscular stimulation (IMS)
